Außen hui, innen pfui. Pool ist milchig und dreckig. Wird nich richtig gereinigt. Bellende Hund am frühen Morgen. Zimmer sind soweit clean aber nicht wirklich ansprechend. Dusche ist nicht wirklich toll. Pauschal gebucht mit Klima und WLAN. WLAN funktioniert nur im Empfanngsbereich. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir keine. Wer Frühstück gebucht hat , wird enttäuscht sein. Keine 3 EUR wert. Käse, 1 Sorte und Wurst, ganze zwei. Wer etwas gesundes sucht, wie Gurken oder Tomaten wird weiter suchen müssen. Kaffee ist nicht wirklich genießbar. Man bekommt aber auf Anfrage gerne einen Espresso. ABER, man muss ihn bezahlen. Also Vorsicht. Poolbar: Der Service ist ein Witz, “oh nein, ein Gast will was trinken und essen” das ist das Gefühl, das man bekommt, wenn denn jemand überhaupt da ist. Aber wenn, dann bitte genau merken, was man bestellt. Denn beim auschecken verwandeln sich die tatsächliche Anzahl gerne in das doppelte oder noch mehr. Wer eine detaillierte Rechnung haben möchte, wird auch hier enttäuscht, ein handgeschriebenes Gekritzel, was nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Aber der Hammer war, das noch 7 EUR pro Tag für die Klimaanlage verlangt wird, auch hier wird man nicht informiert, sondern vor vollendeten Tatsachen gestellt. Für Singles definitiv nicht geeignet, man ist hier total abgelegen. Aber letztendlich muss man sagen, man bekommt das, wofür man bezahlt.

A fuir de toute urgence ! Je ne sais même pas par où commencer... Concernant la localisation, l'hotel se trouve sur la ligne d'avion. Vraiment pas idéal pour être au calme. Toutefois, il est proche de la mer et de quelques restaurants. Pour le centre ville, il faut compter 40min à pied. Si vous avez la chance d'avoir un appartement avec une terrasse vous assisterez à de super coucher de soleil MAIS si comme moi, vous avez un appartement en sous sol alors vous ne verrez rien. Juste une piscine éclairé...ou plutôt une pataugeoire car vraiment petite. Concernant les appartements, ceux ci manquent vraiment d'équipement (nous avions que deux fourchettes par exemple). Par la suite, il y a beaucoup de disfonctionnements et malgré les signalements la direction n'a rien fait. Les plaques chauffantes qui ne fonctionnent pas, des lumières ou encore des prises de courants... Également, il n'y a pas de volets seulement des rideaux qui ne sont pas opaques. Sachez qu'il y a beaucoup de moustiques à cet endroit et aucune moustiquaire aux fenêtres. Pour la clim, il faut payer un supplément par jour. Pour finir, et sûrement le problème le plus dérangeant pour moi est le comportement de la gérante. En effet, elle se permet de crier sur les personnes. Elle est très loin d'être agréable ou arrangeante. A vous de vous conformer... Un conseil, pour le prix et la prestation, vous pouvez trouver mieux que cet établissement où je ne remettrai JAMAIS les pieds !

Établissement à fuir, gérante exécrable !

Expérience horrible ! La gérante de l'établissement a été exécrable. Pendant tout le long de mon séjour, il m'a été reproché de faire trop de bruit le soir, alors que je ne faisais que discuter autour de la piscine et il n'était même pas minuit passé. Les services de restauration de l'hôtel sont très chers pour une qualité très moyenne (ex : pizza surgelés à 9€). Les services des appartements laissé également à désirer (ex : très peu de vaisselle, des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, des portes et fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, etc). Une option sur la climatisation à 7€ par jours ! Bref, mais malgré tout ça, c'est vraiment le comportement de la gérante qui m'a choquée : pas aimable du tout, on a l'impression de déranger, les retours des appareils défectueux n'ont pas été réglé, la gérante m'a même crier dessus un soir, car selon elle, deux personnes qui discutent font trop de bruit. Jamais je ne retournerai là-bas et je vous conseille de fuir cet endroit !

A fuire gérante méchante, qui n’est pas professionnel. Allez autres part quite à payer plus partez. A fuire vraiment allez autres part vraiment. On ne peut rien faire ici je vous déconseille fortement

Great small and friendly family-run hotel/self-catering apartments

This small and friendly family-run hotel/self-catering apartments is a great find. Jenny, the owner is very organised, warm, friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. She runs the accommodation with help from a few of her family. Our late afternoon flight was delayed by several hours prior to departure (and en route) due to stormy weather, therefore although we had been due to reach our accommodation at 10.30, we actually arrived around 2.00 the following morning. As the hotel is very small, it does not operate a 24-hour reception. Therefore, A note was left on the reception door to let us know our room number and arrangements for the key which was all as per the note. The breakfast is good for a hotel of this size consisting of bread, cereal, one type of cheese and ham and either cake or small croissants, plus coffee, tea and juice. It is served from 8.30 – 10.30 so a good timeframe to allow a nice lie-in. The small complex is as per the photos with nicely furnished outside areas around the reception/pool where you can eat breakfast. There is a snack menu serving drinks, salads, sandwiches, pizza, etc. throughout the day. It is a very short walk from several small beaches where you will find around 5/6 cafes/restaurants overall at intervals opposite the beach areas. The small beach areas are very natural and separated by rocky outcrops with some having sun loungers/umbrellas owned by the restaurants and others where you could take a beach mat or your own chairs, etc. space allowing. Around 15 minutes’ walk up to the main road you will find a traditional Greek restaurant (live Greek music on some nights), a very small supermarket and a bakery also selling ice cream and where you can either eat in or buy food/drink to take away. On this road, you will also find the bus stop which has buses to Heraklion (every 20 – 30 minutes) and Malia in the opposite direction. This accommodation and area has everything you need for a week’s holiday in a resort that feels "very Greek" compared to some other areas of the Island.
